Duration: 3 Sessions


Before we can rewrite your root beliefs, we must shift the foundation they sit on.

Most people try to change while unconsciously believing they're fundamentally broken and fixed. They're stuck in what psychologist Carol Dweck calls a "fixed mindset"—the belief that their core identity, intelligence, and capabilities are static.


This is why surface strategies fail. You can't build lasting change on a foundation that says "this is just who I am."

Phase 2: Root Belief Rewriting (RTT) — The Burning

Duration: 1-2 Deep RTT Sessions (2-3 hours each)


Now we go to the source. To the moments where your limiting beliefs were first installed—often before you had language to question them.
